Bon Voyage, Twm!

Here is a picture of our school teddy. His name is Twm and we have sent him to a school in Dubai. We are waiting to hear back from Twm about his travels to Dubai.

New topic in Nursery

Our topic for this half-term is 'When I Fall Asleep'. We introduced our topic by wearing our pyjamas to school. We read bedtime stories and had hot chocolate for snack.

Having fun doing music and movement. 

Teddy Horsley introduced us to a 'story candle'. When we light the candle we sit and listen quietly to Bible stories. 

Having fun learning our sounds. 

We travelled around the P.E apparatus using different parts of our bodies. 

We had a visit to the church and talked about it being a 'special place'.

Welcome to our Nursery Blog. We have been having lots of fun with our new topic Scrumptious.

We had a visit from a dental technician. She taught us how to brush out teeth and showed us what foods are good to eat to help us stay healthy. 

We made sculptures from chocolate. Our sculptures were very tasty yum!

   

We planted cress seeds and watched them grow.

We tasted exotic fruit, looked at our class atlas and globe and found out which countries the fruit came from.
